Making responsible real estate development a reality

Making Responsible Real Estate Development a Reality

A developer and investor in various U.S. locations

Our experience demonstrates the expertise on which we build in every stage of planning and construction. As we blaze a clean, clear path into the future, we untangle and navigate ropes learned in projects such as a Florida retirement community, a New Jersey high-rise, and other undertakings.

Sustainable buildings

A building should exist within the environment, not replace it. We at BEDOFU have defined a meticulous set of standards for our own developments, as we pursue our goal of achieving LEED-certification for all our design and build efforts.

Sustainable communities

Already known for our attractive, environmentally-friendly work, we plan to expand this forward-minded perspective to other U.S. locations and other countries.

For example, in New York City, BEDOFU participates in Brooklyn’s “Quality Housing” program, which sets standards to foster the development of multifamily housing and community facilities.

We believe a holistic approach to development makes our residences and the surrounding communities more livable. We respect the neighborhood’s scale and character. By more fully meeting residents’ needs — including security and safety — BEDOFU encourages sustainable quality of life.

Bringing horizons near

In addition to residential real estate solutions, we provide commercial infrastructures. Working closely with municipalities, civic organizations, our providers, and other stakeholders, we integrate projects into the best of our cities’ lifestyles and planning.

Looking forward, we explore new possibilities. BEDOFU currently functions primarily as the central planner in identifying opportunities, obtaining properties, permitting, working with architects, and contracting demolition, renovation, construction, marketing, and other activities. We look forward to all our newly designed and constructed buildings incorporating yet more environmentally-friendly design — exemplifying contemporary trends in energy use and conservation.
